Rematch guarantee: if a mentor or tutor isn’t the right fit, we rematch you free of charge.

Rollover: Tutoring Monthly Pack sessions roll over for 1 month if unused, then expire.

Mentor review: AI interview feedback is only reviewed by a human mentor when paired with an active Mentorship subscription.
